help!! my leaves are dieing!!

i have a plant thats a few weeks into flowering. I gave it no more than 12 hours of light a day since its a sprout because i was doing sea of green in a very small grow box but the others turned out to be male. now its grown and about a 12.5 inches. all of the fan leaves have for about a few weeks started clawing and new leaves dont open up. they are green and not yellowing so this tells me my plant is being grown the wrong way and not a matter of simple nutrients only i have been giving it miracle grow fert in its water with 24 n and 7 k and 14 p i stopped recently because too much n. what do you think is causing the leaves to claw up and be dried out

Looks like overwatering/underwatering. and maybe the MG. let dry/water, Flush with a flushing solution, PH 6.5 or so, and stop using MG
