Help, need plant diagnosed

I do not know which deficiency is need help. Its the only plant like this. The strain is Carnage by Dr
Greenthumb. 2 almost 3 weeks of veg, temps kinda high humidity kinda low

I think heat is a decent option, also to me it looks like moisture/humidity issues.
all of which could be caused by theplant being enclosed by the pot. personally iI thinl once growth gets above tthat line it will do better.

I dont think its heat or humidity, the rest of the plants under the same conditions are doing fine. Its just this particular plant thats giving me problems. Its growing but every set of leaves looks like that

Last pic, towards the lower right corner...is that a larvae of some sort I see in that taco leaf?

it looks like necrosis from something and if so needs to be flushed..
i think spider mites would have more visible pitting leaf damage
still looks like too much fertilizer ....
can you look under one of the leaves with a lens of some kind?
......and watch the other ones
that plant does not look good

distorting leaf growth sounds like
russet/broad mites ...they do things almost similar. to leaves
.but you would not be able to see
them or the larvae..they are way too small
