help needed! 2nd grow bubbleponics

this is ny 2nd grow im using a 4 gallon tank 2 air pumps 4 air stone and a wather pump whit feeders.
im growing 2 clones of white widow feminaized in hydroton.

im using 2 55w 6500k cfl
2 45w 6500k cfl
1 36w 2700k cfl

gh 3 part for hydro
my ec levels are 800-900
ph at 5.8-5.9
temp at 85-96
wather temp at 80-86

the problem is that my leaves are lite green whit white dots.

can someone help me diagnose the problem

im really not sure kinda looks like n-def nicce grow tho! whats the ph level at? and also whats the water temp at? bubble ponic is very easy just it can be very touchy at times.

i thought so too any more idea?
