Hey Guys, please see the below pics.

I have an organic soil set up. Been using Foxfarm nute line up (big bloom, tiger bloom, grow big), I have been doing light feedings with these nutes and recently have been supplementing this mixture with cal/mag. These are autoflowering seeds. I flushed the plants out with 2 gallons of water each a couple days ago.

The stems have began to turn a bit purple as well as some burning on the outside edges of my fan leaves. Another development that alarms me is that the bud colas (bud sites) are beginning to twist and tangle in themselves, it also seems that the bud development has slowed immensely.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

What's up Dank....I am using my phone right now to view the pics so its kind of hard for me to see the pics. How long has your plant been like this? Before you did a flush what was the last feeding you gave your plant? Tell me how much of each nute you added to your nute mix (1 tsp of grow big...etc) Also is the plant in flowering or vegging? I have used the Fox Farm baseline nutes before (Grow,Tiger,Big Bloom) they don't carry much Micro nutes. You need to get a micro nute product if your using fox farms. I used Earth Juice Micro andt worked well for me. It's organic as well and cost about $12.00. Another thing I would recommend is that you test your pH run off. if you don't have a pH tester then go get a pH drop test kit at the pet store, they are about $5. I think your ph is out of wack and that's causing certain nutes to lockout. Like I said, its hard for me to see the pics clear. Are the tips of your leaves fried or pointing up like a scorpion stinger? Just the end point of the leaf blades? Do you have the Fox Farms Feeding Schedule? I will get back my CPU on Wednesday morning so I can post some stuff on here to help you.

Heat stress...and looks like N deficiency...might be due to improper ph level ( do you check ph?)...are you in soil?

Hey Dank, I am back....now I can see your pics! I have to agree with lime73 on this one, he or she hit it on the nose! Like I mentioned earlier, check your pH bro, take some water that is 7.0ph and pour some in there just enough to catch some coming out of the bottom of your container and test that run off and see where your pH is!

If you need anything else let me know, there are lots of great poeple here at RIU to help!

Sorry but run off pH will indicate squat when it comes to a mediums pH. just passing through the medium is not near enough time to buffer to the mediums pH. Most it will tell you, reading ppms and ph is the amount of salt build up in the medium at best. And OP that definately a N def. If you are following the FF schedule then replace 1/2 tsp of TB for GB each feeding..

Testing your run off does tell you something about your medium....IMO

"Most it will tell you, reading ppms and ph is the amount of salt build up in the medium at best"

That alone is something I want to know when growing in soil

Interesting read here: https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/440280-run-off-ph-ridiculous.html

I voted NO you are not a dickhead cause I respect your debate and opinion!!!

It can tell you some usefulll info, just not the mediums pH. If you start chasing your mediums pH because of a run off reading most likely all you will accomplish is chasing your tail round and around.
I'm not bashing your post or opinion, just trying to make sure noobs do not fall into the run off trap, thats all.

pH in hydro is a pretty big deal and needs to be controlled. But soil grows are much more forgiving. A plant can grow and thrive in a medium anywhere from the very low 6s up too the very high 7s. Some better than others of course. But take a good look at all the pH charts floating around. All those lines are pretty fat from the high 5s all the way to the low 8s. And with the amount of chelated nutes, dolomite lime and worm castings. Soil growers do not even need a ph pen or drops...

I dont chase the run off I just test it if something is acting out of whack! I know your not bashing at all, you are just sharing your opinions. Thats why I voted "NO" on your thread!

Agree but when you strive for Dickheadness that seems personal, not just words on a screen. Now if its just words on a screen to you than go elsewhere with it cause here we are trying to help Dank and not clutter his thread with this nonsense.

Sorry for clogging your thread Dank....
