Help needed with COB calculator.

I am going to build a grow light for a 4x8 grow. I have tried to download a cob calculator but my phone won't open the file. I would like to figure out what the draw at the wall would be and also the par, PPF, etc.If anyone could run the numbers it would be a big help.
I was thinking of using 18 cxb3590 3500K CD bin rated between 12,000 and 13,000+ lumens. I will be driving these with 3 Mean Well hlg-320-c1400b drivers (6 cobs on each) Any info would be greatly appreciated as I would like to get this project started.
Thanks in advance.

here you go
CXB3590CD36V3500K 18 COBS @1.4A ON 5.88 PROFILE HEATSINK
32 SQ.FT. CANOPY 93% EFFICIENT DRIVER @10 CENTS PER KWH
Total power watts at the wall: 945.16
Cobs power watts: 879
Total voltage forward: 628
Total lumens: 160453
Total PAR watts assuming 10% loss: 446
Total PPF: 2073.9
PPFD based on canopy area: 697.6
PAR watts per sq.ft.: 13.94

The 3590 are $35 each and the citizen are $24 if you went with luminus cxm22 they are $19 each and more efficient than citizen
