Help Needed

Its been about a week and a half and this little girl won't really sprout or at least is behind. I need to make sure she is salvageable or that I can get her to sprout leaves.
Should I leave her in the tent under 400 watt MH or put it under a 55-watt cfl alone? any help is appreciated. I don't want to loose this one.

Her head is stuck, get a mist bottle & spray it well , then with twezers , very carefully try to free 1 side of shell, once U have 1 side off ,the other side will come of easier with your twezers, good luck

Sometimes a pin or needle works well, you sorta flip 1 side of the shell away from the emerging leaf
