"Help" (NewB) Why are my leafs turning yellowish around the edges?

I used nutes 1 time and i thought they would be needing at least 1/4 the strenght by now and im not sure if its from that 1 time they are locking up inside or not, im using mirical grow mosture control and i have a 400mh about 3 ft away from them. Well i did just switch from a 100w to a 400 also would that be a cause? other then that my big one is starting to change colors slightly too.... Please help me out people!

how old are the plants..how long have you had them in the soil..MG cause salt build but..making it hard to get nutes....are they more than 30 days old ..if not you shouldent be feeding them yet.. mositure control contains enough to feed for 30days or so

I used MG moisture control and it actually feeds for up to 3 months. DO not give nutes to those babies. It will burn them. They will probably not need any if you are planning on vegging for less than a couple of months. That stuff is LOADED with time-release ferts. You probably won't even want to flush bcuz the time-releasers activate with watering. I would just let them be unless they show any signs of deficiencies.

Also, like Quickee said, be careful of nute lockouts cuz it builds up alot of salt. I would add some garden lime so that you can buff your ph and may prevent a lockout. I hope that helps and Good Luck!
