Help?!?!?!? Newbie in trouble

1st time grower needs help. 2 weeks into flower. Growing in a tent and I run into this. I forgot to switch nutes over when I first flipped but I started on Saturday with general hydro bloom...Floralicious plus...Flora micro. I gave them full strength tho. I know I messed up there. My question is....what is this? Can I fix it...and if so how? Or do I scrap em. Thanks in advance. Let me hear it all as this is my first time.... but plz all negativity keep to yourself. Thanks.... newbie in trouble

Flush them. They will probably bounce back. Then spend some time on this forum using the "Search" feature. At least try to learn something about growing.
Best I can do without being negative.
Good Luck

weed.jpg Sorry. Didn't mean to be so short. What I was trying to say is that lots of questions get asked, then asked again, and again. Questions are great. But often using a simple search will show you that there is a recent (maybe even active) discussion on the exact same issue.
Now I'm a newer grower myself. Great feeling, being able to light up your own herb. And honestly, not that hard to learn the basics
As long as she has basic light, water, and even half decent soil, she will grow. Of course, we all are trying to make it grow "better" because we want it to produce "more". In my opinion, we need to learn to grow it first, then learn to make it better.
Your plants look pretty good really.
Is the spotting spreading? One thing to remember is that once a leaf is damaged, it won't heal. Pay attention more to the new growth if you think nute issues.

The info on this forum is amazing. There are many great growers on here now, each doing the basics plus their own "special" tricks they have learned over time.
Don't sweat mistakes. These ladies can take a lot. Often we try to "help" too much.
I think she'll be fine. Keep us posted.

No problem wilder. I flushed them yesterday and also started a new round of starts with the proper soil and proper drainage and I woke up this morning and they are already looking great. I love this forum. And the people in it. I appreciate your time and will post some pics of the new ones later today along with updates of my older ones.

1. Looks as if those guys are being a bit over watered first of all. Please check your humidity levels it seems a little bit high.
2. Dont scrap them they will be just fine. Make sure you start your bloom using half strength of what the label says just to introduce the new nutrients into there system.
3. Do a flush and let them dry back out completely, than re introduce your nutes gradually.

Make sure that you are getting good drainage and they aren't taking more the 2 days to dry out.

Also to keep your leaves nice and healthy and bug free pick up a bottle onyx spider mite spray and pm protectant. Just use this throughout your harvest keeps bad things from happening and also keeps leaves nice and green, it has very beneficial oils.

can you give a max temp when lights are on in the tent? getting adequate airflow and maintaining a good temp can be tough in tents because they are enclosed.

You can use floor fans to help out with that, I would say max temp would be 79, you can go a few degrees higher if you have c02, keep humidity as low as possible.

Next time use a soil that's build for house/tropical plants - not soil from behind the garage or where ever. It badly needs perlite.

Ok, so much for the "possible" negativity (not meant to be).

Now then. That container have drain holes in it? No? Needs some.

Staying to moist (soil).

You REALLY need to start adding a Kelp extract to your feedings! Micro def's are happening!
NEVER "flush".....I might call for a MINOR leeching on rare occasions but, for the most part. Simply stop feeding and simply water with straight water for 7 days and resume proper feeding rate.
Sometimes a "flush" can screw with the pH! I tend to do the water it out and add a Ca/Mg at 5ml per gallon....I see a light Ca/mg problem also. I suspect the soils pH to be a bit of the Ca/Mg and micro problem.

pH all in-going to 6.7 - include a Ca/Mg (I suggest G&H CALi MAGic for your problem) and don't forget to add a kelp extract!

I like Age Old Kelp or Maxicrop seaweed.....5ml per gallon of feed. Use this with any method and from start to finish and have less stress and stress related problems with accelerated root growth! Single best thing to add and Silica is next in line...

Good luck

this looks like heat damage to me but maybe dr. who is right on the micros cuz that soil doesn't look so good. if the grower had used ocean forest they wouldn't need much else for many weeks to come. still curious about that tent temperature however.

there's isn't just air temp to worry about. if you have lights that are intense, heat builds on the leaves as well and compounds the problem. This kind of irregular brown spotting on leaves many times is cause by high heat.
