6 x 4 = 24 sq. ft. You want to maintain about 50w of light per square foot (just a generic guide to help), so let's see where you're at to start:
24*50 = 1200. You have two 600w lights, so far, so good!! :blsmoke:

Now regarding plants, in a room that size with your lights I honestly would not go any more than 16 plants. Most buckets after 2 gallons or so are 12" in diameter (+/-), so they each take up 1 sq. ft. The plants along will take up 16 square feet, this will leave you room for fans, more lights in the future, maybe a CO2 exhale bag. It also leaves you room for a little fimming/topping of your plants. Now if you wanted to go SOG or SCROG, I still wouldn't go anymore than 18 or 20.

Good luck with your grow!!

In 24 sq. ft. with 1200w of lights - no problem!! LOL, I grow 6 plants in my 7 sq. ft area alone!! Couple of tips, however:

1) Keep it cool!! With those two lights you'll need good venting!! Have an exhaust vent with a fan up above, and an intake vent with a fan down below.
2) If you're going hydro in that space might I suggest Hempy Buckets: (https://www.rollitup.org/drain-waste-hydro/546006-world-hempy.html)
3) Invest in a C02 Exhale Bag. They're cheaper and much easier than a C02 tank system: (http://www.exhaleco2bags.com/) You can find them at your local hydro store, ebay or Amazon
4) Make sure your water is ALWAYS the correct PH (6.0 or so, 5.8 being just about ideal).
5) Don't over nute! Always start with about 1/4 what the manufacturer recommends.

Good luck, let me know if you have any other questions. :bigjoint:

ya i have a 6in inline fan pulling in air from another room that is connected and is being cooled with an a/c unit, my exit would be my 26 inch carbon filter connected to a 6inch 400 cfm inline. I have a oscilating fan aswell. the lights are getting cooled by a 6inch inline too thats pulling air from the 2nd room (cooling room)

Sounds like a pretty legit set up. Keep the temps around 80 ambient and 69 in the water. Make sure the plants aren't anywhere where heat from the light bulbs( if any exists ) hurts your hand. Keep em watered at 1/4 -1/2 strength nutes and you'll be in business. I like to shoot for 100 watts of light per plants, so, my recommendation is 12 plants. Generally yield is based off of KW/H in, not so much number of plants. Hope I helped somewhat!
