HELP ordering seeds from Attitude seed bank to the USA

Word of advice for any one trying to buy seeds online and shipping to Australia; forget it! I tried with both Amsterdam Seed and Attitude, both promised stealth, but they never made it past customs. Attitude reckons they re-sent by regular mail, but as the weeks passed by, its pretty obvious their stealth is anything but..if sent at all. Buyer beware!

so i take it when ordering from SOS you ARE selecting "removing the seads from their breeders packs" AND paying for their ultra stealth shipping?

so when ordering multiple seed packs, how do you tell what strain pack is what then?

Just received an order from Attitude, ordered during their B-day promo. Eight days from placing the order (on the weekend) to delivery on the US East Coast.

I also ordered the B-day promo.. :mrgreen: damn bro, that was a super killer deal!! Imo.. hell anyone would be nuts not to get well over 10 strains for FREE!! I ended up getting 17 new strains to go with my collection, and the price on my order was only 65$!! Which isn't bad at all considering you could order that many strains at another bank and spend over 100$ bucks!!

Dont worry about them getting to you. Customs wont stop them from getting to your house. They are just seeds, not plants. They are considered novelty item in the eyes of the law. I order from the netherlands and i never have any problem

This remark is absolute BULLSHIT. If you want to really shit bricks, wait until you get one of your orders with big, bold, US Customs tape resealing your package and an OFFICIAL Letter inside stating they confiscated your "Seeds of Unknown Species". Complete with your name, address, etc...... ALL over the document. THEN you'll rethink your purchasing for a while. It was two years ago for me and I have yet to go back to Europe for seed stock.......... talk about paranoid............ to this day!!!

Take the blunt out of your teddy bear face for a while before you spout off shit you know nothing about. If someone is going to order from outside the country, their package WILL travel through Customs. Most case, they will not get picked up. But once in a while, they do. Trust me, Big Brother knows all the tricks our favorite stores use. They simply cannot look at each and every package. It's the luck of the draw and a reasonable gamble, IMO. I'll take a WILD, wild guess and say 1/10th of 1% (one in a thousand) gets nabbed. But when it does and it's yours, you'll SHIT big time!!! Mark my words. We should all understand the risk we're taking. I dare not NOT to order again as I'm sure the US Customs database will keep track if it gets picked up. What might happen with two hits? Maybe nothing but I have no desire to have some governmental representative knocking on my door asking me pointed questions.

i had the same results...ordered shirt stealth, 8 days from friday night order to my hand. thank u tude!

Also ordered from there, although my package was stuck at customs for a almost 2 weeks (shirt method) I finally got them in yesterday. There are other cheaper places to buy seeds as others have suggested. But overall a good transaction.

  • I normally dont post much on here so Hello everyone. Im a legal MI patient just ordered a 10pack of RD Sour D*OG from the attitude about a week ago, then just got here today. I always get the T-shirt for shipping method and have never had a problem....until today i got the package in a pink plastic bad with green tape on it from U.S customs.....needless to say only the T-shirt arrived at my address today. PLEASE any and all advice/info would be awesome.....thanks for your time, sorry for the random post.

    p.s. i have found some people saying if they get snagged by customs attitude will not replace them, thats not really guaranteed shipping on the package.......just the T-shirt......

Dude, are you kidding me? really? I can't imagine being in your car while your driving with a joint in your car...You just made that out to be like you were getting a kilo of cocaine mailed to your house, do you really think there going to take the time to put together a "data base" file to keep track of your seeds you order and maybe come to your house full force Gangnam style and take you down? lay off the smoke bro...

Herer Today Gone Tomorrow: A Review of the Attitude Seed Bank

Quick overview of my first order experience:

1. Shipment was fast and unproblematic. Mug added to order for the stealth option.

2. Seeds were haphazardly packaged. It was effective in that individual strains were separated and identified but it did not have a very professional look. Labels were literally cut from the breeders' packaging and inserted with the seeds in individual bags. Seeds themselves were in plastic vials that looked to be ripped from the breeders' shipment. It makes banks seem like incompetent middle men btwn breeder and consumer.

3. I ordered eight seeds: five Herer and three Barney. Attitude offered three free seeds: Green Poison, Sweet Tooth and an extra Herer. Eleven total. Seven survived the first stage (see next point).

4. Four of the six Herer were obviously weak seeds: smaller, slight deformation, color issues, etc. I gave them some extra attention but they are clearly non-germinating seeds. This is a problem for me. Two-thirds of the strain being dead on arrival is prohibitively poor in terms of seed quality. It has hurt my otherwise good impression of Attitude. I have followed up with Attitude staff but don't expect much sympathy.

5. Other seeds, including the free promotional seeds and Herer survivor are healthy and happy.

I might write up a more detailed review that includes Attitude's customer service response and my first impression of the industry at large on a dedicated thread if I can find a suitable place on RIU. If anyone knows of such a thread, let me know. Seems like a functional centralized place for the RIU community to review banks would be helpful.

After calling attitude they asked me to send pictures just like you said. No problem, I sent the pictures along with order#. Another 20mins later email with a new shipping confirmation and order# with a apology. Very easy going and understanding customer service.....One thing I thought was strange they never asked me if I had a second secure address of something like that....so I assume that they know what they are doing and resending the package to the same address isnt a risk, (but then again we all know what assuming things can lead too). This time I will not be tracking the package at all(not sure if in anyway that makes a difference) just going crossing my fingers and hope she slips threw the mail like the rest.

Mine came in the same thing and I shit total bricks but then I opened it up to find them still in the t-shirt and damn near jizzed in my pants out of relief. And don't take someones bullshit post as truth, hit up attitude for yourself and ask what they can do.

Hi all, I'm looking into buying seeds one day and was worried about using a personal debit card for the purchase. Wouldn't it be bad to have something like this shipped to your address using your own debit card? I'm from NY btw, wasn't sure if different states enforce things differently. I keep seeing that prepaid visas might not successfully work. Would a money order be safer? Also, has anyone had any worst case scenarios happen besides customs confiscating, or maybe confiscating more than once leading to issues? I hate to be parnoid and it seems people generally are ok, but any extra info would be appreciated

Well im back.....and with some what mixed reviews on my situation. After my last post i said that i sent the pictures of the package that was opened by customs to attitude and then they said they would resend the package right away....well for some reason about 12 hours later they changed their mind. They emailed me back at 5am the next morning stating that i placed my order on April 30th and that the promotion for April was now over because its May 9th, therefore my payment is insufficient...............they she told me that i could trade my order for a cheaper product if i wanted too. WTF?!?!?!?! I had already had one package get fkd by customs so i figured i would just ask for a refund and wait for awhile until i felt more comfortable ordering again, I of course said i would gladly pay for the T-shirt that did make it to my place as well because i truly dont want this be a bad experience, i don't want to be a pushy customer, just didn't feel like i should have to pay more money because their "stealth shipping" failed....LOL even as i type this i cannot understand how i am responsible for the monthly promotion no longer being offered. Anyways she said they would refund the order but it might take a few days. This was on monday....its now going to be thursday...and they never sent a follow through email or anything......I really disagree with the way their customer service department handles things of this nature....maybe its because im from the states....i don't know i just feel like im a burden to them.
