Help picking my First 250watt hps? What to buy?

I am growing currently 3 plants and im about to switch flowering in about 2-3 weeks maybe longer. I've been looking all over the web on what kind of brand of hps/ballast/bulb etc.....
I would appreciate it if one of you could recommend a 250 watt hps kit.
