Hey this is the first time, so far this year I have had one plant at a time lush and green one day and literally the next morning all the leaves are pointin straight down. All the plants r gettin same nutrients, same water and so far i've had five plants do this. Plants right next to them r still green. They have all been in the ground for two months or more. What is going on? How do I stop it?

Way to make your post count huge douche bag. I can understand double posting but you filled a whole fucking page!

Anyway, I say they're getting over-watered or maybe root-bound (doubt it thought)

What's the container size?

AFTER 9 posts.....you told him NOTHING, but SURE got YOUR post count rolling! (utterly meaningless LOL).

Original poster: you need to post pictures of your problem, there is no way to speculate on something that we CAN'T see.
That said, whenever I see droopy leaves, it's usually a hydration issue. Good luck & good grow......BB

I took these pix this morning, LA Woman NEEDS water:

Wow, is someone trying to get their post count up or what? :bigjoint:

Is the soil dry when you find them with all their leaves pointing down? Is the soil waterlogged? Either will make your leaves droop down. Check your stem for any signs of bug invasion which may be choking off the nutrient/water flow through the plant. Any obvious damage to the ground around the plants? Something digging a tunnel through your root balls?

I'm new to this site and have learned a great deal from alot of kind folks. dcsbud- I sure hope some of those same kind folks give you some good feedback cuz I am on my 1st grow ever and am always interested in what more problems I may encounter. Planted outside as well. So I'm reading all kinds of threads and getting alot of answers to questions I didn't even know I had :). Good luck and hang in there. Like I said, most all of these folks are more than happy to help.

Believe ity or not, I had the same problem in one of my outdoor spots and the problem was TERMITES! The stems at the base of all of the plants were bigger than a pencil. First I noticed the leaves wilt in a matter of hrs, after being watered. So I took a further look and lightly pushed on the plant and it fell over. At the base where the root system meets the ground they had a tunnel and disappeared quick as soon as I moved the plant. They were an off-white color with orange heads. They hollowed out the core of all the plants they killed, and as soon as the plant was dead, they would move on to the next one. I still have 1 plant in that spot, and am just keeping my fingers crossed they stay away.

Sometimes a plant will do that if it is in desperate need of water. Ive had one plant that has done that twice this season. After a good watering it went from having every leaf hanging down and near the brink of death back to a vibrant looking plant again within a few hours. This particular strain is the only one that has done it. Scared the hell out of me the first time it happened. Its a GHS cheese plant that's about 8-9 ft tall now and budding like crazy. Hopefully this was your problem and everything is cool now.
