Help plants fucked

Whats wrong with this lady here, shes five weeks into flowering and this started a few days ago and is getting bad fast.

what kind of bug fogger is safe this late into flowering?

the PH is 6.5 and i use a organic nut mix from my local shop, pretty minor though just something to help out. got 6 42 watt cfls and a 90watt daylight spectrum flourescent

what are you feeding, what amount ,what schedule, is the soil allowed to dry ,do you see tiny spider looking insects or webs ?place a white piece of paper under the leaf and shake it

I water every other day and I mix half a table spoon of my fert per gallon of water used. the soil may be a bit damp I'm going to try and give it some time to dry out.
