:-( This is my first go at this and I've been reading tell my eyes bleed but I can't find out whats wrong with my girls, (one is already gone) they started dying and fear of overneutrating (I can't spell) I flushed the water put in fresh distilled and a little grow feed and I've had the PH about 6.0 solid for the past few days after flush and they don't look any better, the plants are 16 days old.

At the point they were at you really shouldn't have had any nutes in your reservoir anyway. Don't start adding nutes until you see the second set of TRUE leaves (not cotyledon). And even at that point you should only do 25-50%. They look really dry. You need to make sure your cubes that the seedling are in are staying moist at least until you are seeing roots out the bottom of the netpot. They look like they dried out more over nute burn. Unfortunately I don't think you are going to be able to salvage these. They are too young and tender to recover. Better luck next time. And like I said NO NUTES till second set of true leaves and keep the cubes moist.
