help please (my plant broke in to pieces )

About one week ago my plant just broke in two pieces ,i tape up in the middle where got broken ,its being a week since the accident ,from the part it got broken looks like is dead ,the leaf are really dry ,my plant was in the first month of flowering is a pure sativa ,so how long do i have to wait to see if it heels ,should i put it back in vegetative stated play if someone out there can help me if my first home-grow il attach a picture for you guys to see thanx

but more importantly what u using for light that plant is so stretched out your light setup is wrong or something

i know it's a sativa, but it still looks a little stretchy. i'd invest in some more lights, although it looks like you've got the right idea.

what are you using for lights and how far away from plant
cut off that dead top and u will have a topped plant and get some more lights right up on it
