Help please! Pics!

I am running 3 cfl's 26w each...my plants are 1 week old with some soil I bought on home depot. I am using Dasani water but I let the water rest in a cup for 24hrs after giving the water to the plants.If you look the pics the leaf of the right(the leaf that first born,the little ones) have like a brown stain.Any help Please

The very first set of leaves die off naturally. There is nothing to be alarmed about.

You let the water rest in a cup for 24 hours after you water and you are using bottled water also. This is backwards and confusing. Do you mean you let your plant drown in the water for 24 hours ea time?
