Help please

Hi guys I've just switched my babies from 250watt cfl to a 600 w Hps and they look like they going downhill, is this just cause they ain't used to it? Will they improve over the next few days. Please any advice would be great I'm kinda new to all this

yes, also check your temperatures, i've had lots of trouble with HPS and excessive heat, remember above 85 Fahrenheit and your going to have problems

The light is about12 inches away and they are about a week old I have set my primair to be at26 degrees and the temp sensor is at the top of the girls thanks guys

Back the light up for awhile. Say 24"
i agree. Once there hardened off 12" is a great distance with a 600. 26c isnt too hot but you dont want it much hotter and if there already isnt get a fan in there blowing over your ladies.

Place your hand on the top of the plant that is closest to your light. If the back of your hand feels uncomfortably warm
your plants will too. Sounds like you need to back off a skoash. Also, plants at 600W will consume more water that with
cfl's so act accordingly.
