Help!! Possible mold!!

So I neglected to burp my jars for 2 days and one of them has some white mold I would describe it as on the buds. Anything I can do to salvage this?

Mold usually destroys your buds.
What you could do is go thru each bud carefully and cut out the mold, then dry out your buds, clean that jar with javex, make sure there is no mold left on the buds then put them in.
I use something called Boveda Humidipak 8 gram, this prevents this from ever happening, it is a soft pack that you put inside the lid, it controls humidity up and down, it is a fool proof curing necessity. GOOGLE it, I buy mine here in Canada for .99 each and I get 12 at a time. You will never see mold on your buds again.

It's mold. I would not be smoking those. I think you can salvage with an extraction using butane, but I am no expert. You'd have to ask someone who does that. Only something I've heard and I may have heard wrong.

You learned the hard way. We all do at one time or another. I've been there and done that.

Agree with Tazz and Indy. And remember, babies being cured in jars should be opened every 12 to 24 hours to allow proper air flow. Always be careful when attempting to re-hydrate over-dried buds by adding orange peels or water because it’s very easy to add too much moisture and fruit peels are an easy breeding ground for mold.

I did trim the mold off. It wasn't that much but I noticed it. Then I let the bud air dry out of the jar on a table for a day. I put back in the jars and they looking good again. No mold going on days now. Thanks guys.
