Help save my plants pleaseee!!

So these plants are about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks around(used water all the way with superthrive), One out of the two have dealt with fungas gnats(not sure if it was actually gnats) and spider mites. I used abamectin 0.15 EC to kill all those bastards. A day or two i noticed the leafs curling alittle bit and turning black probably due to the previous attack. I was like ok cool, nothing bad right? So i decided maybe to use some nutrients a really low dose. A few days after i did i noticed droopy ass fucking leaves with yellowing and curling. Im sure it is nut burn but it must be something else!!!!! PLEASE HELPP!!!

The droopy one is the one i need help with and the right in the only healthy one i have. Both grew slow due to attacks.

what is your humidity at? A little humidity goes a long way with seedlings.

It's at 35 to 40% cant seem to raise it

What you saying really sounds stange. It doesn't add up. Transplant them into some sterilized ph balanced soil.

Dont use nutes until they're bigger or you'll just have more problems. I agree with bird, get those girls in some new soil. What are you using for lights?

The problem is i cant put them in different soil because there is their finals pots...

What do you mean? Can't you just clean those out and use the same pots while they're still small?

Im using maxlume 2 foot 6 bulb t5 but current 4 only work giving me 10k lumens

they not in small containers, they are in 3 gallon pots
