Help, seedling leaves curling down and spread out

My plant is surrounded by 2 23 watt cfls on each side and above. I was thinking the problem might be heat stress so I moved the bulbs 3 inches away and upped the fan setting. Or I was also thinking it could be that the leaves are facing each light on each side... Thoughts? Pics

Soil looks muddy and too wet. Do you have drain holes in cup? Let them dry out in between waterings. They are sensitive at this stage. When you repot use 20% perlite to help keep soil draining. If the soil is damp then don't water.

I would unscrew one bulb and don't water for awhile and see what happens. Once established screw the other light back in. IMO.

Itll bounce right back but yeah it does look like its drowning or the temps are a little too high

I can not believe that two 23 watt bulbs could be too much light. My guess is your soil is not draining correctly, and/or over watering
Dr. Jekyll

Honestly, it is not looking fine as it still looks like shit. It has that over nute look as well as over watering.
BTW: scrap the tin foil, absolute no-no.

Well now I have 800 watts of cfl on it, and I didnt just unscrew 2 23s I unscrewed two of my 100 watts and two 23s. And do you really think its over nuted? I just transplanted it to FFoF yesterday

Sorry that I misunderstood the lighting arrangement. Wow, 800 watts is allot of CFL's, have you considered going with HPS?

Yeah, it does have a bit of an over nute look, when/what kind/how much nutes have you used?
Chances are the FF soil has built in nutes, so you may be best not to slam it with more nutes
