HELP!!! Sprout dying! CFL ghetto grow Half blueberry half bagseed

does sound like overwatering...i basically...water my brand new sprouts only when the starter pucks i put them in are almost completely dry...u basically wanna go from a wet stage to a dry stage to a wet stage and so on....u gotta think about how it would be in real life outside....it doesnt rain every single day...the thing is some of my pucks will become dry quicker than another so i base it on each plant....i dont just water all of them when 1 of my plants looks like it needs it....i do each individually for now. and deff go get urself a digital ph meter perferably with a hydrometer on it if u can find 1 like that...u might have to go on online and order 1. i personally dont have a hydrometer i just have a ph meter. i only use distilled water to foilier feed. and i dont even do that very often i usually use my hydroponics(with correct ph and removed the chlorine) to water....but by hand..its very easy to overwater and its even easier to think ur doing something right. And helping it cus it looks like it needs more water when it gets worse. but in alll reality u might be watering completely wrong....and the thing bout it is its different for everyone...using different soil differnt pots at different ages in different environments...i got confused cus i read a bunch of ppls posts that water like 15 mins 3 times a day...and some that only water everything 3 or 4 days...so u gotta learn to base it based on ur setup. Read some of the posts on here about learning how to determine when to water. they helped my majorly....i was havin many problems and i now im seeing better results. rule of thumb that i read...if u can stick ur finger in the soil an inch down and its dry...then water otherwise wait
