HeLp! Timer died now what?

My Timer died over night and my light didn't go off.
6 weeks into flower and doing perfect!
Light has now been on 24hrs and will be on 36hrs when it hits lights out time again.
Am I screwed?
Will it affect my plants or not?
Due to work schedule I can't change my time so it's just gotta stay on til lights out or u could turn it out Now and it would have a 24 he dark period.
Leave them on or turn them off?
Please respond soon

Go out to the local Hardware or Walmart and get another!
@SweetSativa420
24 hrs on will not hurt.
A single long lights off - for the most part, should be OK.

REPLACE THAT TIMER ASAP

Turn them off. An extended dark period is better than lights on, in that situation.

But a decent outdoor rated timer, they seem to last much longer.

Youve probably gone to work at this point, but in retrospect what I would have done is turn the lights off before going to work and created one extensive dark period, rather than letting your lights stay on for 36 hours.

Make sure you get a good timer that can handle the lights. I'm guessing you're using hid? Cheap ones fuck out all the time for me. I get ones that can handle 30amp start ups. Never had a problem since.
