HELP!!what deficiency???

fan leaves starting from bottom and workn its way up started gettn brown spots than pale yellow than dieing
gave it 24-8-16 MG feed for first time just two days ago
it all started 2 weeks ago

were r u in flowering? if ur in flowering back off those neuts u dont need half as much nitorgen........try just watering with no neuts for a week or so. and make sure ur lights arent too close.....if ur about 4 weeks into flowering im having the same problem

from that pic that light is a cause for some of ur problem move it off a bit

its 3 42w CFLs, 2 2" away, and 1 3" away, i heard u can put em up to 2" away from the plant without damage, and its the first time for me to use nuets, before i had MG potting soil and just watered, not nuets, than it started just a couple days before i put it in organic soil and it keeps gettn worse
