ok this may sound like a dumb question but ive heard both ways and i am curious as to which is right...
why planting my germinated seed, does the white tip go up or down?
i think it would make sense if it was a root tip to go down, but ive heard it curls a few times and eventually goes the opposite way than it started.
any help would be great... thanks.

White tip down...that is your taproot, and if it is up it will take longer to break ground because the root will curl back down, expending extra energy and taking more time to release upshoot.....or so I read in regards to my vegetable gardens. Sure it is same with weefer.

Platypusmann is right. If you put the white tip up it will curl back down and there is a good chance that your plant will grow at an odd angle. Could cause problems later.
