Help wit Big Grow.

So.. i been growing a couple plants here and there when im bored..i got a bout 2 plants right now using a 1000wat hps which im bout to harvest in a bout a week or two and looking pretty dandy.

I want to start growing more but need a lil help? First off i want to do about 30 plants in a 10'x10' room.. would this be too big? or too small? Second i wanna stick with 1000watt mh switchable to hps.. would 2 1000 watt be too much or too lil? i was actually thinking about 3 of them. I plan on sticking with soil.. i recently been using fox farm nutes and thinking bout sticking with that for my next grow.. unless some one can convince me other wise. Any suggestions with anything else would be cool.. like whats better mylar or panda film?..

Please help me i wanna grow the best.

2 plants for a 1k HPS? thats alot of wasted electricity and $$.

the size you need depends on your pots you are growing in. if you can grow in 1 gallon grow bags then you have enough room, if you are growing in 30 gallon garbage cans you need more room or less plants.

dont ask for soil ideas the Miracle Gro people will start coming out and telling you to use that.

I use panda film mainly cause its more durable and harder to tear.

3-1000 HPS are gonna kick off alot of heat so make sure you have good ventilation.

You light will get better coverage with a light mover.

As said above, 3 of those suckers is gonna bring a fair amount of heat to your room, unless you use aircooled hoods and have decent ventilation.

Word.. yea i know its ubserd but it wasnt on my energy bill so.. yea ha ha.. but yea will prob be using 1 gal grow pots i was going use bat guano for soil.. also i got my lights are all aircooled.. and the room im building is still in process so ill keep in mind for ventilation...

I also got movers.

If your going to grow that many plants in such a small space you will need to turn them to flower really fast or your going to have a mess. From seed veg like 2 week with clones a week.

Why because of the heat?

if your using air cooled hoods you should be able to cover a 4X4 area with it unless you have a light mover
