Help with Blackmail! big time!!

I'd maybe a sell and oz or two of your stuff, which I'm assuming is decent, and buy half a lb of shwag and give it to him.

That's a bitch though. If you're within the limits and you're all legal, you could give him and 8 oz stalk and it doesn't really matter. A good neighbor would be cool about the whole thing.

It would be best not to involve money, so you could maybe give them a gram here and there. Don't go over there like tommy tough nuts and try to kill somebody, then your crop will be the least of your problems. Him trying to get stuff out of you while your legal is a lot more illegal than your crop (being legal and all). You could actually get him in a lot of trouble. Just keep the note, and show it to the cops if they come knocking. Stay legal though.

First off, your legal so no worries there... The Feds will not fuck with you. Go and educate him on Obama's new rules about federal raids. Explain to him they ARE for 5 people's medical problems. Also explain to him that blackmail is illegal, especially blackmail to distribute medication to a non patient. Also explain to said retard that you work your ass off at work and at home because it did take you all summer right and obviously he has been watching. Also let him know that medical marijuana is taxed.

I say call his bluff, and if he steps on your property call the cops. You have the letter and that is all the evidence is needed.

That should let him know he is a retard that has just given you his motive in black and white to commit theft of your legal narcotics. If he fucks with your property you have every right to go to the local police.

Be sure and have your paperwork all ready, and maybe even show it to your neighbor.

Well he asked you not to dry it so that would bring it down to 2 oz dry. You could do some side branches and leave the bud on those you could also not trim it and probably get it down to 1 oz or less trimmed and dried but if you decide to do this definitely watch to see who it is and then you shouldn't have to worry for a bit but I would still move. And a couple months down the road when your ready to move whos to say who keyed his car. :peace:

By the way, if your neighbor gets caught with the pot you grew and he is not a patient he will go to jail, just a little bit more advice if you plan to set him up on a bust... I don't wish a bust on anyone but I feel that dick deserves it.

Let me be the first to ask what I think is the obvious question...

Why the fuck would you grow too much making you illegal outdoors? Grow enuff to supply you with meds outdoors and grow the cash crop indoors where people cannot see. Is this really THAT difficult? Use your fucking brains dude. If you had used them in the first place you wouldnt have shit to worry about in the first place.

If the buds are close then chop early and move everything to another location. If they arent then all I can say is you asked for this. Growing more than you need in plane sight of the neighbors is nothing short of stupid. Not trying to be a jerk but it is what it is.

This is why so many on here preach everyday over and over about keeping the shit to yourself. If you and your friends had done this (not growing in plane sight) then this wouldnt have happened.

Use your head in the future and dont over-grow outdoors where people can see.

Tell the pussy to grow his own AFTER you have moved/ chopped everything. You have blown your cover so it's time to live to grow another day. As long as you guys are legal, I wouldn't give him anything. Write him a note, explain that it is a medicinal crop for five people, thank him for evidence of his intent to commit extortion and blackmail, and let him know you will be happy to call the police should anything happen to said crop. Leave it in the bag at the time/place he was expecting. I would even go one further and watch the bag being picked up so you know who you're dealing with. :peace:

The reason I said that was because it sounded like the people who he was growing with didn't live in the same house so he would have to get them all together which they might not want to do and explain to the cops who all hes growing for and its really close to harvest time anyways. I don't think he should give in to it but Im not him and in certain situations it might be better for the time being. Its really up to what he feels is his best option at the time. He can always get revenge later as long as he can figure out who it is.

If he was such a good neighbor he would've knocked on your door and asked for 8oz in person. That being said find a rat (dead or alive) put his name on a name tag & tie it around the rats neck put the rat in the bag & leave it where the note said. keep a copy of the note to protect yourself. If you got a script for the grow then don't worry about it. Have a good lawyer in mind just in case.

Neither are you cause if you could read then you would see that they arent legal, hence why this thread was created in the first place. They appear to have grown too much outdoors and thats why the asshole is blackmailing him.

Now if it's legal for growers in Ca to get together on one location and grow together then thats a different story but nothing has been said of that so from his neighbors eyes it's one person growing all this shit and not 5. How about you give the person the bud he/she requested and then call the cops and tell them you caught him/her jumping back over the fence after they ripped off some of your bud. Serious felony on many levels and it would be funny too.

No kidding! I thought about that possibility myself.

Just to clarify, I do have a legal amount of plants per the scrips and am actually a bit under the legal limit. Its just that I prefer avoiding the law, but I will call upon them if absolutely needed.

Also, I wouldn't say the plants are exactly in plain sight which leads me to believe this neighbor had to do some poking around my place. Is this neighbor just stupid or really ballsy? I just can't figure it out and I am a bit worried he might retaliate in some way. Currently the crop is being watched 24/7. Starting night before last, somebody sleeps out there in the garden. Who knows maybe they came out to jack some of the plants night before last and they saw that they were being guarded and then they typed up and left the letter.

Wouldn't they be afraid of somebody watching them pick up the marijuana? I mean, seriously, who does this sort of shit?

I can tell you this, I worked my ass off all summer taking care of this garden, watering, feeding, fighting pests, etc.
