I need a lil help from my fellow RUI pals. I wanna build my own t5 lightin ballast with the sockets also. so basically the only thing i wont be building is the bulbs themselves. Anyone have any links that can help or instructions. i wanna build the ballasts myself and the sockets. thanks guys!

Are you saying you want to build the ballasts themselves from components like putting all the diodes and transformers on the circuit boards?

Or are you saying you want to get the ballasts, end caps, reflectors, and wire and assemble the fixture yourself?

It is probably much cheaper to build it yourself
Whats wrong with building your own fireman, why do you suggest buying a pre made one?

it would be cheaper to just buy a fixture.
you can get a 2 lamp fixture for 10$ if you look hard enough at lowes, home depot or ace.
you cant get a ballast and the tombstones (sockets for floro lamps) for cheaper than that.

I have 2' dual bulb t5 fixtures from home depot, I think they were $20 or so a piece
The bulbs (NON high output 2700°K) were included but you have to wire it to a plug
