Help with CFL set up

Hope you guys can help. Can't vent a 400w HPS light- turns out (from recent experience) it runs way too hot for the space, there's no real option for ventilation, open doors emit visible glow that is problematic for stealth, and it appears to be a major fire hazard due to the wood paneled walls (cedar closet). Here's my proposed Plan B set up- please advise:

I have a 40w flouro wide spectrum light that I use for veggie seedlings- it's comprised of 2 20w 24" tubes. I know for vegging and for flowering I need more. I was planning to supplement with 2 65w 4100K (cool white) CFLs (8400 lumens) for veg and 2 55w 2700K (warm white) CFKs (7200 lumens) for flower.

I have 6 seeds that just hatched and have broken soil with cotyledons. 3 are autoflowering dwarves and 3 are regular indica dominant mixed seeds.

Will my proposed supplemental light be sufficient or should I consider adding another light? If so, suggestions please that are not HID and fit in a compact space.

Thanks!

Do you think that I absolutely need to use all 4 of the extra CFLs at once or could I use the 2 cool lights alone with the 40w until the plant is ready to flower then change to the warmer lights? Would 11,830 lumens be enough for <6 plants (I doubt all 6 will be female so I'll need to pull some)? What is the recommended number of lumens per plant?

I've got space constraints so the fewer the lights the better. I'm willing to compromise some yield as it's only for personal consumption and it would be best if this was as unobtrusive as possible, so I'm trying to figure out a good balance.
