Help with first stealth grow

I'm looking for some advice on my first stealth grow. I have a small grow cabinet I got from a friend. It is 22" tall, 14" wide and 8" deep. I attached a pic of the cabinet. I was looking for an auto flowering small plant to grow. I have to grow in soil because the pump for hydro would be too noisy. I'm also looking for the best yield I can get for the least money. I smoke for anxiety issues.

You can get some decent yields by learning about different techniques such as LST and SCROG. To start you probably want to get something that Autoflowering and Feminized. This will make the process easier as you learn.
