Help with intake & outake fans?

i think i get it leave the intake fan so its just a open hole that take air from room as and when it needed.....

as for taking air from the room but also cool the light and use a filter is my drawing possible?

I used all the components you listed just re arrianged them. Exhaust high (heat rises) intake low

thats the way i waz trying to explane. exept a Y not a T. but they both work the same way. maybe put the fillter at the end of the line so that you get better air flow
understand what you mean i dont think i can add the T or Y section as my intake hole is at bottom of tent

using a T or a Y is inefficient. all of the air is going to be sucked in thru the side without the carbon filter because it is the path of least resistance. this means that very little air will be sucked thru the carbon.

passive intake = just a hole, no fan. you don't need fans at the bottom of the tent sucking air into the tent. you just need a fan at the top pulling air out. if you pull air out of the tent and have a hole at the bottom.. air will be sucked in else u will create a vacuum.

thats why you put the fillter at the end of the line right at or just b4 the exhaust hole.
