2 x 1000 watt SE HPS is great for a 4x8 area, covering a 6x6 foot area is going to be difficult due to the foot print of the lights. The best way to do a 6x6 foot area is to run the four light setup with 600 watt HPS and or 315 watt CMH, each with a 3x3 foot area to cover.

Odd tent size, but yeah a DE thouie will cover the center on the "cheap"... Leave the perimeter open for plant access or Run staggered harvests with autos and line the perimeter for veg and center for flower. Kinda tricky though, as ren said above multiple se hid is your best bet for a crowded 6x6 flower tent on a budget.

A 6x6 will be expensive comparatively(single DE) to cover with efficient LEDs. Can save up and look into diy?

Another option that could be considered is a single 1000 watt DE CMH. That would light most of that tent pretty darn well.
I didn't know they even had those. Actually I remember hearing about them before, but couldn't find the fixtures. They were all discontinued. I think I actually heard it from you.

Nanolux 1000w DE CMH is a low frequency design. I have a couple that I had used in my veg area for a while before I switched it out to LED.

Crazy man, my grow store right behind my house has them. It was actually the first thing that popped up when I just searched for Nanolux. That's crazy.

What's the umol/s on that thing? Covers a 6x6 in flower huh? crazy
I dunno how well it would do a 6x6 in flower but it would be more light than a 1000 watt DE HPS. In flower a 5x5 it could do. I think the 6x6 would be for veg but I dunno, I only ran them in veg for about half a year. They just collect dust now. I should fire one up and see what it reads on my Apogee.

Is this for profit?

Can you return the tent and get something more industry standard like a 4x4, 5x5 to start off with? Much easier to manage with a single light fixture and a couple of plants.
I have a 4x4 tent atm but I have 7 autos in it

I am running some 1500 watt MH/HPS verticals, I get 1000 - 1100 umols at 20 inches 360 degrees around the lamp. I dunno how well it would do horizontal with a reflector, probably too much. Maybe one of the big ass parabolics, I did that years ago but had supplemental lighting and it was in a big room.
