First off, CHECK FOR MITES and other pests. I am suspicious.
Second, what soil are they in and what have you fed them? They might be potassium deficient. It might help to flush water through the solo cups for a few minutes, then feed him with a 90% clone/veg solution (with a little extra k). And you are right, you don't want the lights aren't too close while you are figuring this out.
If you don't know what they're in or how long they've been there it could be as simple as repotting into fresh soil.

Almost made the wrong post lol. May also be a cal deficiency. So hard to tell one from the other. The above advice is exelent! Pests are a unfortunatly common thing when recieving clones. As for the deficiency that is also a common thing for clones. It was probably rooted in a cloner or cube and only goten a weak cloning solution for a week or two. Repot into soil you know use lots of microbes that will help releave the shock. If its young there is no way the roots are bound yet so be super carefull. Washing out the roots will shock them. If they droop for a couple days dont worry they will snap out of it
