ive got some curling leaves on my new growth. but it seems only happening to some not all of the new growth. I cant figure it out. ocean forest soil mixed with happy frog. have not given them any nutes since transplanted from cups to 1.5 gal three weeks ago. im thinking these were too small of containers and want to transplant into 3 gal. have a 3 band 90w ufo and 6 100w cfl daylight. are they root bound? or too much N? would transplanting be a good idea?:!:IMG_20130830_083756.jpgIMG_20130830_083831.jpgIMG_20130830_083922.jpgIMG_20130830_084025.jpg

You've got some clawing going on. Be careful not to over feed. Once the leaves claw they don't unclaw. And it messes up trich production. Plant looks good.

It is a Sativa, which with sometimes is normal for the leaves to curl down. It could be a sign of over fertilization , or temp problems also.

Hmm have not fed them. Only nutes were already in ocean forest soil. I transplanted all three, root bound for sure.

U saying I have mites sunshine? Found some thrip early on but hit them with pyrithrium and seemed to help. That is whatthe spotted yellow leaves are. Could be wrong though, I know little about problems due to lack of experience.

Look up broad mites if your budsites start to curl any more and your plant stops growing i would say broad mites.but hopefully u don't broad mites are usually not visible due to size if u see a few big ones they look like transparent fleas. They suck the life and potency our of the plant fast hot water is the best way to kill then submerge the whole plant for 15 min and u solved your problem if they are broadmites.

from what I can see in my research of the broad mite, my leaves are curling in the opposite way than any of the pictures I saw. I did have some root bound problems and transplanted. I also do not see any of the white speckled coloring on any of the leaves which also seem to be evident of broad mites. I see no more thrip issues so I think the pyrethrum took care of it. As a side note. I am seeing not signs of shock or stress from transplants....will post a pic update in coming days.
