Help with new sssssssseeeeeeeeeedddddddddssssss

so i got a long list of new seeds for my new grow. O nly problem is that i germed all the seeds all but two sprouted a taproot ,but it been about four days they have been under lights and only nine out of the original 15 are growing upward. I got tweezers to pull a few out and check on them. The taproot is out but no new groth it seems for the past few days. This is odd considering that some spouts of the same genetics are way ahead. Makes me think there sick or dying. lame!!! can anyone chime in on this ?????

your post is very confusing... sounds like you germed some seeds under lights (as opposed to darkness) and only 2 sprouted? Also sounds like you're ripping off the tap roots on the seeds?

Just leave them alone and let them grow. no need to pull them out to check on them.. It will add stress to the plant.
Don't freak out over seedlings give them time to heal themselves if they have any problems. And not all seeds will germ.

ya i know i should not do that, but you see these are those greenhouse feminized mix packs, so i figured they would pop right up. Also when i took them out to look at the taproot there is no new growth... I mean its been a week and nothing; all my other sees have already sprouted and have one set of leaves.
