Help with seedling please pics

Hey all my seedling is about a week old, in mostly peat moss and perlite. some leaves are turning brown and well dieing. I don't know whats wrong but it seems to be slowly spreading all over my plant and now to my second plant. It just looks like the leaves are dieing. They start to blotch with redish brown spots then curl and turn yellow and brown. A big +rep to anyone who can help. If you need more info just ask. Oh yah no nutes added just bottled water.

Ph is water needs to be 6.5 and add a small amount of veg nutes.

Plant may be getting to much water?
Yeah it's the Ph your not setting it are you?

No i haven't been setting the water. Just didn't want to buy a ph tester because they all seem to damn expensive.
I thought if i used bottled water it would be ok.
After some research i managed to find the pH value of the water i have been using the past few days: pH: 7.52 rH2: 25.9 r:2168

I wasn't able to find the pH value of the water i started off with..
So my problem is the pH is to high? Thats it? I don't believe its getting to much water i have been watering it very lightly.
Anyone know where i can get a cheap pH tester pen and a good nutrient shop in Canada?

Mine cost me $ 86.00 USA Setting your ph to 6.3 when rooting then 6.5 when rooted and veg/flowering will make all the difference. It will really double your grow.

Theres a few on ebay for a decent price. So the water pH being to high is what's doing this to my plant? Or is there something else?
