Help with T5 fixture for DP90 tent Seedlngs, clones, veg etc!!

hey guys thinking about picking up a Secret Jardin Dark Propogator DP90. 36"X24"X24" tent. Would a 2ft 8 bulb be too much for the Dp90. I am thinking of this one here its High Output type and not sure if its gonna give off a lot of heat.Sun System New Wave T5 http://www.hydroponics.net/i/132656 The guy at the hydro shop gave me the demensions 21.3" long x 22.8" wide x 3.5" deep. I was also thinking of the 2ft 4 bulb Sun System New Wave T5 HO I know that would fit for sure. I am leaning toward the High Output t5 because I may use the DP90 tent for Veg period as well in between the other tent is in use. So I want to have adequite light and coverage for both seeding and vegging. Do the High Output T5 differ a lot from the regular T5 and do they give off a lot of heat. This one here is a regular type but not High Output any reviews or input would be great!! THANKS

I would definitely go with the high output if you want to use it for vegging as well. They do not give much more heat than the normal t5s they're just more expensive. They give about twice the amount of light too. But In my opinion I would use this tent strictly for seedlings and cloning with normal output since they don't require much light or height. The problem with veggin in there is that it's only 3 feet tall and you need lo leave room for the light itself, the pot the plant is in and a few inches of space between the light and plant. So unless you're keeping your plants short for a sea of green crop then I recommend having a seperate vegging room.
