Help! Yellowing and clawing of leaves.

This is a Blueberry Kush plant in its 4th week of flower. A lot of the leaves are starting to turn yellow from the bottom up. Some of the stems started to fall over from the weight so I had to tie them up. Recently a lot of the leaves have started to claw or Curl down. I've been thinking it has to do something with the size of the pot. The plant is over 40 inches and is in a 3 gallon pot. Can anybody help me diagnose some of these problems so I don't lose this plant.

trees can grow in a dixie cup as long as all resources are provided.
I like your set up.
I think you have a temp/rh/air flow issue to start, can you
share those numbers?
any sign of pests?
how often do you water? how much?
any fertilizer change in the last four weeks?
what are you feeding?
hang in there...

My temp is usually between 75-85. Humidity stays around 45-50. I have no exhaust fan system, just 1 little fan inside then another blowing out of the tent. There does seem to be signs of thrips, haven't treated because in flower stage. Usually water every 2 days. I water about a half gallon, until there is runoff. I use general hydroponics nutrients. Switched to flower stage nutrients 4 weeks. Also feed it some extra flower nutrients. Thanks a lot!

1)-85 is too hot for healthy plants to thrive without c02, air flow, etc

2) perfect!

3) increase air flow/exchange for best results

4) thrips-ding ding ding
4.5) makes no difference, need some thrip killing bacterias now

5) fill the pot with dry dirt and the plant, lift it, kick it, feel the weight
a 3 gallon pot needs 1/4 volume in water= add 3/4 gallon of water
and don water again until pot feels light again, then add 3/4 gallon of water

6- switched about four weeks ago? right about the time you saw old leaves curling down. your flowering nutrient contains less nitrogen than your vegging nutrient. less N will result in old leaves slowly shedding. too late in flower to but next time keep your grow nutrients going in flower for a couple feedings if you dont like the shedding.

extra kills. if GH could show you a better result, charge you more money even using extra flower nutrients...then they would have.
follow the directions on the bottles for best results.

Holy shit dude. Lay off the nutes and "stop watering so much". 99% percent of issues that occur is from over watering. Your leaves should NEVER droop and if they do their telling you their suffocating. Even if you give a heavy watering and your leaves droop for an hour, that's the plant telling you they weren't ready for water yet. Always let your pots get feather light bro between waterings, and never over load with nutes. It's a weed, they need a responsible amount of nutes every other watering. To much nutes will mess up a grow real fast. All it does is burn the roots and throw off your PH. Clawing down is a sign of nitrogen toxicity and in flower is detrimental to your yield. They will not recover from that abuse this grow, to late. Next grow remember minimal nutes, every other watering and feather light pots before watering. Half mix of bloom and veg nutes up to the third week of flower and then cut veg nutes out by 4 weeks. If you want to help your girls from what I'm seeing there, flush the shit out of them and feed with a little bloom and let them dry out till you can pic the pot up with your pinky and you might end up OK but any time delaying stress in flower is yield reducing. Happy plants have leaves that stand straight up, if their not standing when the light is on, their not happy about something! Let the plant tell you what she needs!
