How to I go about raising my ppm with Advance nutrient PH perfect trio, to get to that 1000 range , just double servings?

Yes.
Are you using RO water? That's what ph perfect is for.

1000 based on the 500ppm/ec scale? That's pretty hot, but yes just increase nutrients accordingly.
