It's not that serious, but check this out. Is this ok? The tips are burnt. It's 80 degrees, pH at 6.5, light's about 2 ft. away

It's coconut fiber, I use Pure Blend Pro Grow veg formula at less strength than recommended for seedlings, something like 1tsp per gallon

That's your problem West Coast, I would flush and go 1/4 strength.

I would also, i have almost the exact setup as you, with no burns. Mine are at 3 weeks, with a 400W MH about 1 and 1/2 foot above them. I would flush and you should be good to go.
