Help!

Two of my babies have come up like they should and are healthy and doing well, but two of the "runts" are not looking good at all.

I attached a pic of the one that concerns me the most. It seems to be broken. There are no insects and they have been treated very gently and I just don't understand.

I couldn't get a clear picture of the other but it doesn't look like the healthier two at all. It seems to be turning brownish and it has a "skin" looking thing attached to the end. WTF?

I couldn't manage to get a better picture. But I have come to the conclusion that the poor little broken one is history because it's obviously dying. Oh well.

The other one, the one that had the mysterious "skin" hanging off the end of it is doing well now and has been transplanted into its own pot.
