Hemp seed : the creator's gift to man

Anyone ever realize that hemp seed is like the most complete food on earth? It has 18 out of 20 Amino acids (this alone is just mind boggling, I think only soy tops its amino acid array), all essential aminos, vitamins and minerals, but the number one healthiest thing to me is its fat content. It has the perfect ratio of ~3:1 Omega 6 to Omega 3. And it has a lot of it! 30 g of hemp seed yields over 8 grams of these fats alone! It also has DHA and other good fats. I started eating about a quarter pound a day of hemp seed and I can only compare it to a time my friend gave me some Deca Durabolin (anabolic steroid). My mind was sharper and most of all I had more energy and testosterone it felt like. No side effects either. You will see an increase in libido within 24 hours. The single most amazing food I have ever put in my body, topping even medicinal mushrooms! Not a bad taste either.

I ordered a bag of shelled hemp seeds, you can eat it right out of the bag like a snackfood, imagine chopped up soft macadamia nuts, that's what they look like. Pretty damn good too. You can pour them all over cookies or whatever, but I just ate all mine strait up. lasted a while and felt wicked healthy for a while after, I want to order more soon. There's like 4 or 5 decent brands floating around.

U can get a 5 lb vacuum sealed bag of organic shelled just the hearts they call them for about 45$ shipped. Cheaper for non organic. yep hemp is great I just hope the day they do legalize it they section off where hemp is grown and where cannabis BUDS are grown... because the two can't co-exist near eachother due to the amounts of pollen a hemp crop creates...

I ate seeds til it made me puke... I can't digest seeds well I don't think.. They were ground up hemp seeds my MOM bought off the internet i mixed it with yogurt.
