Hempy Bucket Help.

I have currently started growing 3 plants with cfl's and I am planning on transplanting them into three 4 inch hempy bucket pots because they are gonna be tiny dwarfs ( 12/12 already and they just sprouted). I put perlite vermiculite and jiffy seed soil mix. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to set this up properly and how to use mini hempy buckets because I have no experience growing in anything but pure soil. Also if anyone knows can I just use regular miracle gro tomato fertilizer and bloom burst when there flowering instead of buying organic and hydroponic nutrients???
