Can you run hempy drain to waste without having the 1" of buildup water/nutes in the bottom of the container?
I want to build a vertical system using hempy and my plans wont allow for each plant to get it's own 1" of buildup for the roots to sit in.
I imagine it should work but will just need to be watered more frequently as there wont be a small reservoir for each plant to feed off?
