HEPA Filter Necessary for Total Pollen/Pest Control?

Heya fellas haven't been on here forever because I've been busy working on this particular setup. I thought I would draw some input from you guys.
We are working with the mechanical engineer on the HVAC setup, and what we're finding is that spider mites and other such pests can be filtered out easily by fairly large-micron filters at 1,000 microns in size, but I'm still concerned about male cannabis pollen. It is much smaller in size and can only be properly filtered out using a HEPA filter, the design of which for our warehouse would add an extra $6,000 to our budget. Since we're building this in an area in which there are many other outdoor grows, I'm concerned about pollen getting in and seeding our crop, which will at peak consist of 7,200 plants. I'm not trying to lose all that.
I was hopeful that we could use UVC since they advertise it for reducing pollen intake in homes for allergy reasons, but the engineer contacted a UVC light manufacturer and the manufacturer themselves stated it wouldn't be sufficient for eliminating pollen. Is there any way I could avoid using a HEPA filter and save some money here? And before the point is made that it's pointless without a highly controlled environment, we are building a highly controlled environment. There is a hygiene room where any one going in must remove their clothes, thoroughly shower, and change into sterile packaged clothing. The walls will be very carefully insulated with multiple 4-mil layers.

oh sorry I skipped over the part about outs.
Unless you're surrounded by outdoor breeders or a hemp crop I doubt you have much to worry about.

There are 2 large, legal outdoor operations nearby. Not that they would grow with seeds, but you never know, and beyond that guerilla grows are a concern. Not having "much to worry about" doesn't do me any good when I'm defending a plant value of nearly half a million dollars, you feel me? Also pollen can be blown and distribute over many miles.

EDIT: I should also mention that we're running a closed system, I hadn't planned an intake but the mechanical engineer has determined it's absolutely necessary for the heat/AC system.

More of a concern is mold / mildew spores. cannabis is gravity pollinated so the pollen grains don't go far in the wind unlike some other species.

The fresh air intake in the HVAC is required by code, that said in a sealed CO2 room, post inspection, we toss a baffle on the intake duct and promptly close it off.

I guess you just answered your own question then haven't you? Whats another 6K when half a million is at stake?
Then again it would take a lot of fucking pollen to total your entire grow(which sounds amazing by the way, pics?) if there's 7200 plants involved I bet a little pollen production from within your op is also a possibility too if you feel me.
