Here in kansas it is a felony to grow 5 or more plants. it says nothing about 4 or less. Does this make it legal to grow below 5 plants?

Unless you are growing with the intent to sell illegally, 4 plants is more than enough. And unless your space for growing them is limited by height, you would need more than 3ftx3ft to grow more than 4 plants anyway.

aint no slap on the wrist, i got caught with a dime bag of some reggies and had to spend a month in jail (10 days and then another 20 cuz of a probation violation) all cause of that damn dime sacc!

Sorry to bring this thread back to life but I'm trying to find some Kansas smokers/growers to help me stabilize. I moved her from Cali and I'm finding out that most of the shit here is CRAP stress. Seeing as how there aren't any med shops out here I need to start growing or finding people who are growing to help me while I wait for my shit to mature.
