Death Trap?..I though you were for less government regulation?...
Yes, government regulations are interfering with our small bidnesses. Enterprises like this are being prevented all over the country as I type this. Think of the jobs not being created. When will Donald free us of the yoke that Obama's OSHA and fire regulations have placed on the working man?

I hope this f**k burns in hell. This may be the wrong topic for politics but that shit city of Oakland should have shut him down. Somebody in city hall needs to hang along with this evil f**k.

Somebody should assemble a mob and dispense some justice!

No need for those pesky inspections on safety and occupancy limit.

Why should you HAVE to buy smoke detectors when people have their God given legs and can run out whenever they wish?

the nanny who worked for Almena and his wife Micah who tells how the couple would disappear to wild parties for five nights at a time leaving her to care for their three children.

So he's a d-bag druggy loser.

Hell I figured a bunch of people ODd and someone caught the place on fire to cover it up.

A place where a bunch of young people who could be drunk or stones and it is a fire trap clutter with a bunch of shit? The second floor where the rave was have a stairwell made of pallets that collapsed? Pallets are as flammable oil rags.

I have had places and I ALWAYS make sure many fire detectors including carbon monoxide, working fire extinquishers everywhere, multiple ways to get out safely and fast,.

This jerk off paid somebody off to look the other way and Oakland sucks. Derrick Ion is a man of color so he got a free pass.

This lib city was one of the most aggressive at beating the living shit out of Occupy Wall Street protestors.
Oakland fascism on display:

There may be now 40 dead in that fire trap.

I'll bet he will. Whether any of us like it or not.

apparently this was reported to the gov'ment 9 times and apparently somehow it still killed all those people.

President-elect Trump’s proposed tax cuts, along with major infrastructure spending, could well invigorate business activity, but are unlikely to take effect for at least a year or so. Thus, they are unlikely to affect the economy’s prospects over the coming months. To that extent, our cyclical outlook remains unchanged.

Of course, a reduction in regulations could have a nearer-term impact.

.
Hmm....
