I'm no pro at Soil but it sounds and looks like you are feeding them way to much for soil... You are almost giving them Hydro Levels.... Narrow down on nuets and let that soil dry out if you flushed it! They are burnt! All Herb is good herb but it can always be better...

Talk to them, maybe they will tell you what they need!

;) Cheers!
Huge buds... but i think you may of over fed them a little.
I invite you to please read through the thread and give me your honest opinion, what did I do wrong? You might see otherwise.

Quickly reading over it again but it seems you fertilized it every time you watered it...... What soil did you use? Are you checking the soil PH or only the PH of the water you feed it? The soil is what matters and you correct the soil with the PH of the water you feed it.. I still think over fertilized! What is your starting PPM? Anything over 1000 PPM after nuets is way too much for everyday watering… RO water or not sounds like way too much for soil.. That will work in an NFT! I suggest finding a better soil and feeding at least a third of what you are now… Just my opinion! Every grow is a learning experiance!

Cheers and Happy growing!

I ferted every other watering until I started using organics, and that's just been recently. Soil is a 60/20/20 FF oceans forest/happy frog/big and chunky perilite.
PH of soil and water with or without nutrients have all been monitored and addressed to 5.8-6.5
1000 ppms is what I maxed out at with chemicals, only with organics did i recently give her a little more and she liked it.

The soil sounds good but in my opinion 1000 PPM is too much to water soil with organics or not... I use 1000-1100 PPM for veging in an NFT.. But hell, if you think they like it go for it!

Happy Growing!

Thanks for the input, with a little more trail and error I'm sure I'll get everything dialed in just right, thanks and happy growing yourself!

Growth has peaked and everything is just ripening from this point forward. I'm trying to keep my nose out of the tent as much as possible so the temps and humidity stay low. Dirt was particularly dry last night.
I started another brew of tea with 1/8 cups guanos and castings, cap pf liquid seaweed, 1 tbsp molasses and liquid karma
all into two gallons of well water, bubbling now...

ppm's & ph before any diluting:
1450ppm
PH 5.5
mixed this brew with a little RO water with a ph of around 7.9 to bring the tea's ph up to just where I wanted it....

after mixing
5.84
1240ppm
watered 1 gallon

you can see how thirsty she was in 5, trichome production has been the focal point of this plant lately. Leaves still look awful, I'll keep putting up pics so people can learn from my mistakes, this is the last heavy feeding, be it the problem or not, she's almost done and that means I'm gonna start to starve her a touch...

Goes the clock,

started another brew short on Peruvian seabird guano this time, it's very high in N.
Everything dry went in at 1/8 a cup and I added 1 tbsp of Liquid Karma and molasses. also 1/2 cap full of liquid seaweed. bubbling in almost 2 gallons of well water...

Nitrogen this late in? Sounds like you are still feeding them too much IMO... Sometimes less is better!!!

Notice that I said I omitted the guano that was high in N, not added more... I said short on Peruvian seabird guano, meaning i left it out. The worm castings contain a small amount of N but so many other good things as well... it's ok to feed N through flower, some just prefer to deprive the plant toward the end of it's life for taste, (what the fuck does N taste like?)

it taste like shit. its funny how people ask you certian questions and you respond like you know it all. most people leave out nitrgeon for a reason. it promotes vegetated growth there for you should try too hold as much nitrogen from it in flower some is good and some is bad.

and another thing you shouldnt get to much from that grow the buds look really popcornyish from using to much nitrogen. and dont tell people how to do stuff with a name like the Ruiner.

They've got issues, that's for sure, thanks for your concern. That's all they are doing is getting fatter, day by day, but this type of bud is know for its light and airy tendencies so I don't expect to much density from this strain...

Also, the small sampled buds gave but a small hint into the buzz that awaits... so THIS is what a known nearly 100% sativa is like!

Some of the buds that I cut were sooo very small and very very airy, they were all from very low and weren't going to amount to much more... so i thought. Some of the smallest buds I chopped have already replaced them selves with new flowers... one spot i missed a little piece and it's grown to the size of the entire bud when it was chopped! I'll not sample anymore, next bit I smoke will be from one of the colas after a short cure.

Mason jars arrived today. 12 - 24 ounce wide mouth Ball canning jars with preserving lids. This should do quite nicely
