Heres some progress!! and I need help

Heres some progress on my baby. Can anyone help me out with the brown spots and yellowing? will the stem heal up? I kinda supercropped wronged -__-

the steam will heal......what nutes are you usung do you got a ph meater?

im using botanicare nutes in FFOF and PH at 6.0 always.

dosent look that bad its always good to flush every once in a while

just use straight up phed water without cal mag or anything? will it get green again?

it looks like mag def and maybe Nitrogen i'd flush and renute but at weaker potency and build it up
