Hermie pulled from 6-site dwc - possible roots left, what to do?

I had to pull a hermie out of a 6 site dwc container - GH Bubba Kush. I cut the roots out, but there is a possiblilty of some roots left (not much, a few inches) in the root mass of the other 5 plants. Will this cause a problem?
My res temps are quite low as it is cold here at the moment (res temps usually 60F - 68F). I'd say I have about 6 weeks left until harvest. I'm using lucas formula, just GH micro and bloom, and some epsom around week 1 flower, no other additives.

I'm wondering should I use hygrozyme or H2O2 now before I see any issues, or will I be OK? Don't know if I could afford hygrozyme as it is expensive, but might be able to source H2O2, but will I be OK without them? Also I have superthrive, is that ok to add to this container to help the root growth?

You do not want to use Super Thrive during flower. It can cause weird things to happen during flower, I am sure a little digging can pull up a bunch of info.

I think I remember reading it can cause hermies. SuperThrive makes some pretty outrageous claims on their packaging that I'd be skeptical of. I tried it and noticed no noticeable difference using it during veg (here's something google pulled up on ST: http://www.sarracenia.com/faq/faq3600.html ). But if it works like it's suppose to, it's suppose to extend the flowering of the plant. Which would make a rose or tulip or whatever last longer, but not be good for mj that you want to go through it's life cycle ASAP. But that's just using logic, don't know if that's true or not. Either way healthy rooted plants don't need vitamin B1.
