Pull em. They'll screw up the rest of your crop. I had a plant hermie about 2 weeks out from harvest. It had some buds on it too but I couldnt take the chance of it pollinating my younger plants so it had to go.
it will make bud and seeds if its allowed to pollinate itself. if your only plants are herm snip off the ball sacks and dont let it pollinate itself, some bud is better than no bud
